Our July 13th ArtWalk event was a balmy triple header with 3 different artists and 2 dogs. Ceramic artist, Jodee Adams-Moore (& her dog Pablo), brought us ample stock of her owl lanterns, bowls, and mugs which she adorns with her own interpretation of ancient icons. Joseph P. Traina was on hand with black & white prints of his recent photography as well as vibrant smaller hand framed prints of his work in color. Christine Chaney (& her dog Fergus) stocked us with her latest creations - one of kind dresses and tunics created from over-dyed linen table cloths.
There was a lot of competition for your attention within Seattle last weekend. In Ballard, we had Seafood Fest, Queen Anne had Urban Craft Uprising, and Georgetown had the Sub Pop Jubilee concert, and outdoors was the beautiful weather! Many thanks to our artists and ArtWalk attendees!
