We've got two exciting artists here for September's Artwalk, Elizabeth Arzani and Heidi Dyer.
Visual artist Elizabeth Arzani's show, Merci Beaucoup, is her final show before moving abroad. Arzani's sculptural mixed media pieces are assemblages of found objects that often recontextualize the meaning we give to everyday objects. Check out her past work here, and you'll definitely want to stop by and see these pieces in person!
Heidi Dyer creates minimalist, one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces, each one an exploration of shape, form and technique, imbuing artfulness in everyday objects. Dyer will have a selection of her pieces here with 100% of proceeds going to SOS MEDITERRANEE, an organization that runs migrant rescue missions at sea, along with Doctors Without Borders. If you're interested in what they do, Reveal has a great podcast about it, called Across the Desert and the Sea.
See you soon!
