WE PROVIDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $200. ALL OTHER ORDERS MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING AND RETURN SHIPPING. ALL NON-SALE CLOTHING IS FULLY REFUNDABLE IF RETURNED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR RECEIVING IT, MINUS ANY APPLICABLE SHIPPING COSTS. ALL OTHER NON-CLOTHING, NON-SALE MERCHANDISE IS EXCHANGEABLE FOR IN STORE CREDIT WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF YOUR RECEIVING IT. FULL-PRICE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED IN STORE IS EXCHANGEABLE FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
We want you to love your purchase from Velouria. If you receive your purchase and you aren't entirely happy with it, we will gladly exchange it, issue a store credit or a refund in the amount of the goods minus the shipping costs. In order to ensure a smooth exchange process, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment to let us know that you will be making a return. Please send us the item you wish to return within 15 days of receipt of the shipment with all tags attached and clothing in unworn condition. We can provide a return shipping label and we will credit you once we receive the item. If you are unsure of sizing, please give us a call or email us with your questions. VELOURIA'S DIBS POLICY
We sell clothes, jewelry, and accessories in a real live shop in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle as well as this online establishment. While we try to be as diligent as possible, sometimes an item might sell in shop before it gets removed from our online inventory. In the unlikely event that we are not quick enough on the draw and cosmic forces align such that two people are purchasing the same item simultaneously online and in our shop, the shop visitor will inevitably win the rights to the item in question. In these cases, we offer our heartfelt condolences as well as compliments on your superior taste for highly-sought-after goods. We will also, of course, offer you a full refund on items we can't send your way. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
