We are waiving our usual 14-day return policy given the current situation, and will evaluate returns on an individual basis.

OUR POLICY

All returns must be in unworn, undamaged condition with their tags still attached. We will process your return once we receive the item/s in our store.

Because we understand that you need to try on clothing to know how it fits, all clothing may be returned to us for a refund to your original payment method (minus all shipping costs or during the duration of our store closure, minus return shipping) OR store credit. We're always happy to provide additional pictures or insider info about the fit of a particular garment before you buy it--just send us an email and we'll do our best to advise you.

Underwear, swimwear, apothecary items, items in the "SALE" section, and any other items explicitly noted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

For all non-clothing items, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
