



We will accept returns or exchanges on online orders that are sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in unworn, undamaged condition with their tags still attached. We will process your return once we receive the item/s in our store.
Because we understand that you need to try on clothing to know how it fits, full-price clothing may be returned to us for a refund (minus all shipping costs) or exchange. All clothing purchased at a mark-down is FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange. We're always happy to provide additional pictures or insider info about the fit of a particular garment before you buy it--just call us at 206.788.0330 or send us an email and we'll do our best to advise you.
Underwear, swimwear, apothecary items, items in the "SALE" section, and any other items explicitly noted as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
For all non-clothing items, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
Email us within 7 days of delivery at hellovelouria@gmail.com to start your return or exchange. Tell us the items you wish to return, the reason for your return, and what item/s you'd like to exchange for (if applicable). We'll email you a shipping label and detailed return instructions.
