Contact us within 10 days of order delivery.All returns must be in unworn, undamaged condition with their tags still attached. All returns must be mailed back to us within 5 days of receiving a return label. We will process your return once we receive the item/s in our store.
Because we understand that you need to try on clothing to know how it fits, all clothing may be returned to us for full store credit or a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs). We're always happy to provide additional pictures or insider info about the fit of a particular garment before you buy it--just send us an email and we'll do our best to advise you.
Underwear, swimwear, food, apothecary items, and any items explicitly noted as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
For all non-clothing items, we accept returns for store credit or exchange only.
